How It Works...

GETTING HIRED...

For starters, you will need to fill out paperwork so that we can sort your proficiencies within our database.  Then you will need to go thru an interviewing process to check your qualifications, seriousness of your intentions and any recommendations within the same field of interest.  You will want to bring in some of your best work from each of the disciplines you are requesting projects for so that we can rate it accordingly. After you have been hired on as a professional CADwerks technician, you will  be given work as it comes available.

GETTING WORK...

After you are hired, you will be put on a status level from 1 to 5. Generally, newcomers will start off on level 1 unless they have some qualities that will levitate them to start on level 2 or 3.  The level our technician is assigned to dictates their pay scale and priority to receive work. This level is based on many factors that all technicians ultimately have complete control over as they provide us with finished projects.  When a project is ordered, we look at the clients requirements for their order and match them up with the technician with the most experience to handle the project.  If that technician is on a project we pass it to the next available technician with the same qualifications.  All work to be performed will be within the guidelines of your disciplines that you have selected during the interview.  Once we find the most compatible technician, we email all files with a copy of the work request to the technician.   After you have the project completed, you will send everything back to us for quality control verification.

GETTING PAID...

After the project has been completed, all documents & files will be sent back to the client for verification.  Once verified as completed by the client, we will give a bill to the client.  All bills are due on the 1st and the 15th of the month. After we receive funds, we will post a check for pick-up or send a check to you with a summary of all work completed within the pay period.
