Shane is the founder of CADwerks, Inc. and brings over 11 years of experience to the table.  Shane has drawn professionally for Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, Builders, Developers, Realtors and Designers. He has completed the AutoCAD Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 & Master Certification training. He has also taken the Revit Architecture Level 1 and Level 2 Certification Training and he continues to stay up to date on all of the latest versions of Autodesk products as they come available. In 2006 Shane incorporated Autodesk Impressions, Revit Architecture, 3D Studio Max and Adobe Design Suite into his daily use to encompass a well rounded knowledge of some of the most advanced level of Design Visualization available today. Shane is a contributing member of AUGI (Autodesk User Group International) & Autodesk University. Some of his recommendations have even made it into the latest releases of AutoCAD 2009 & 2010.

David Michael Black

Dave Black is a creative design professional with over 35 years of wide ranging experience. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University in 1974 back in Indiana and is a Licensed Architect in Colorado and Florida.  He has designed and managed construction for both small and large projects - custom homes to high-rise buildings - throughout the United States - from San Diego to New York - and from Chicago to Sarasota.  Mr. Black knows from experience that "communication" is the key to a successful project and a happy client.  Dave is well versed in communication technologies including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, SketchUp, FinalCutPro and AutoCAD 2009.

Jody has en extensive hands on mechanical background from three years as a diesel mechanic and 8 years as an engineering lab technician where he was responsible for building working prototypes and testing and certification of the designs. He has been "behind the desk" since 2003 designing and developing numerous products for various industries, including commercial HVAC equipment, powder mixers, commercial restaurant equipment, automated packaging machinery, and fire and rescue vehicle bodies

Keri Kuhn

Keri Kuhn holds a BFA in product architecture/industrial design from the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio. She has worked as a marine product architect for the past sixteen years designing boats and marine interiors ranging in length from 6 foot to 180 feet. She is also a millwork architect and has designed furniture for residential and commercial clients such as Hyatt and Ritz Carlton and motor coaches for entertainers Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan. Keri is very involved in the Sarasota community as a member of Junior League and a vocalist with The Florida Voices.

LaTreasa Byrne

Beginning in Minnesota and continuing for 10 years in Southwest Florida, LaTreasa has had 15 years’ experience working with Structural Engineers, Surveyors, Steel Manufacturers, Electrical Engineers, Architectural and Design firms.  Within the past ten years, her focus has been working with individual clients and architectural firms with a concentration in high-end custom homes ranging from 2,500 to 9,000 square feet, tenant improvements and remodeling work. LaTreasa is currently working on completing her AutoCad 2010 and LEED certifications. She enjoys keeping up to date with the latest technology and green products and is also a member of AUGI (Autodesk User Group International)

Maria Conley

Maria is a MTI certified draftsman, with her associates degree from MCC and is currently attending USF, majoring in civil engineering. As a CAD technician, for the past 10 years she has gained extensive experience in Architecture, Structural and Civil Engineering using AutoCAD 2009 and ADT, all under Sarasota and Manatee county jurisdictions. Recently, advances in the Building Systems Engineering (MEPF) and Energy Accounting have been a major focus, fueling her proficiency also in IES, EnergyGauge, SprinkCAD and LEED. The groundbreaking nature of environmental awareness has taken Maria's recent experiences beyond Florida, even abroad.

Ricardo Silva

Specializing in Residential Design & Custom Remodeling, Ricardo has spent the last 13 years providing specialized construction documents for Architects, Builders, & Developers in the sun coast area. Experienced in coastal & waterfront construction, Ricardo’s professionalism & problem solving skills has served him well to provide a complete and accurate set of plans that are both informational and easy to comprehend. A graduate of  Manatee Community College, he has also completed AutoCAD Levels 1, 2, 3 and has earned a Certificate of Completion from Sarasota Vo-tech on Architectural Design. Currently he uses Autodesk Architecture for all of his work and stays up to date with all of the latest releases of  AutoCAD & AutoCAD Architecture software.

CAD Technician

This technician has more than 30 years experience in a variety of Engineering fields, from fast paced, high volume manufacturing to small “mom & pop” operations. Beginning his career as a draftsman and illustrator and working his way up to the Senior Project Engineering level. He has a strong background in product development and manufacturing processes including; sheet metal fabrication, injection molded plastics, forgings, stampings, castings, machining, electro-mechanical packaging and rapid prototyping. Some of the major industries he’s worked for are; Electronics, Aerospace, Refrigeration, Lawn & Garden, House ware, Automotive and Marine.  He was there at the dawn of 2D and 3D Computer Aided Drafting and Design and has taken numerous courses through the years to keep current on the ever changing trends. Tom Troyer

Tom started working as a draftsman in 1994 with FPL designing intricate underground circuit drawings, locating switching stations and transformers for prompt re-connection after a power outage.  He has been in the Architectural field since 1997 and Toms local construction experience has helped him bring a fresh look into the Architectural Construction administration of his projects.  He specializes in commercial build-outs, renovations, restaurant designs, fitness centers and ADA specifications & requirements,  Tom has been a resident of Florida since 1971.
